The Role

Reports to: Global Operations Manager

EightPM has recently expanded into the APAC region, and you will be joining at a formative moment. The team is building momentum quickly, establishing our footprint with leading productions and brand partners, and shaping how we operate in one of the fastest growing entertainment markets in the world. This role requires high levels of initiative and strategic ideation while following our EMEA growth model. You will play an active role in building our presence, strengthening partnerships, and setting the standard for how EightPM shows up across the region.

As a Production Relationship Manager at EightPM, you’ll lead the charge in turning brand strategy into impactful on-screen moments. This is not a passive or reactive role. You’ll be at the center of some of the most-watched content in the world.

You’ll manage complex relationships with production partners globally, negotiate high-value integrations, and take full ownership of the execution and fulfilment of your work. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, logistical discipline, and interpersonal skill. It’s for someone who loves production, operates with a sense of urgency, and is energized by solving problems in real-time. You’ll need to thrive under pressure and hold yourself, and the team around you, to an exceptional standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and deepen long term relationships with APAC partners across the global production industry while proactively identifying new opportunities and contacts.
  • Proactively identify, pitch, and negotiate high-value brand integration opportunities with productions worldwide.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the film and television landscape including trends, emerging platforms, and cultural moments.
  • Own end-to-end logistics, ensuring timely, accurate, and secure delivery to sets around the world. 
  • Ensure data quality across our CRM and internal systems
  • Adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced team. We move quickly, wear multiple hats, and as you grow to learning the business, we will expect initiative over instruction

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years in brand integration, product placement, or senior-level client/production management within media, advertising, or entertainment. Strong candidates may also bring experience from PR, particularly in pitching or managing high-value media relationships.
  • Fluent in English, bilingual preferred
  • Reliable transportation & residency in Singapore, specifically CBD, for commuting to the office. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high value negotiations and building long-term partnerships.
  • Strong manager across multiple high stakes projects with sharp organisation, precise attention to detail, and the ability to align both internal and external teams.
  • Exceptional communicator and problem solver with strong interpersonal, written, and visual presentation skills, and a natural ability to influence and respond quickly to challenges.
  • Comfortable lifting and transporting client products (up to 23 kilograms) as needed
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Slack, Zoom, and visual tools like Canva or Photoshop
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore; we do not offer visa sponsorship
