This referral program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of participation. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of EightPM, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. This program is void where prohibited by law.
Participants may qualify for a referral reward by introducing EightPM via email to a production contact based in the APAC region who is actively working on a project scheduled to begin before the end of the current calendar year.

If the verified introduction meets these criteria the participant is eligible for one $50 gift card reward.
Each eligible participant will receive a $50 gift card once EightPM verifies that at least one introduction meets the eligibility requirements. Rewards are issued electronically within 30 days of verification.
Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for other items.
All referrals are subject to review and verification by EightPM. EightPM reserves the right to determine whether a referral meets the eligibility criteria, and decisions are final. EightPM may withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, false information, or non-genuine introductions.
EightPM is not responsible for any technical issues, misdirected emails, or other problems that prevent receipt or verification of a referral. By participating, participants agree that EightPM will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the program or from receipt or use of a reward.
Personal data collected through this program will be used solely for the purpose of administering and verifying referrals and distributing rewards. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and EightPM’s privacy policy.
EightPM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice. Any referrals verified prior to the program’s termination will still be eligible for rewards.
This referral program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws in the United States, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Australia. By participating, entrants agree that any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the entrant’s country of residence.
