The Role
Agency Support Intern is hands-on and fast-paced. This internship is designed for someone excited to learn how an entertainment-focused creative agency actually runs. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of areas across the business, from production logistics and client support to internal systems and business development. Through this exposure, you’ll gain a foundational understanding of how each function works together to support our clients and our creative output.
You’ll work closely with experienced production managers and account managers, contribute to real client work, and gain exposure to multiple sides of the business. This is an ideal role for someone curious, organized, and eager to learn by doing.
Responsibilities
Client & Account Support
- Help analyze our external business landscape through data analysis and reporting, turning insights into information that supports smarter decision making.
- Support our account managers by assisting with meeting preparation, materials, and follow-ups, helping ensure we deliver a consistently high level of service to our clients.
Production Support
- Support the identification, tracking, and analysis of our work across global productions to better understand performance and impact.
Data & Systems Support
- Create clear, high-quality reports that provide actionable insights and help our teams continuously improve overall performance.
Business Development & Pipeline Support
- Contribute to business development efforts by helping build and maintain a pipeline of high-growth brands aligned with our goals.
- Use research and analysis skills to deepen our industry knowledge and develop a strong understanding of our ideal customer profile.
Internal Marketing & Operations
- Support internal social content planning
- Pitch in on general administrative and operational tasks that help the agency run smoothly.
Project based work
- As part of the internship, you’ll be tasked with planning and executing one major project over the course of your time with us, as an indicator of your ability to project manage, source data and information, and present back to the business.
Required Experience & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, media, film, advertising, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with guidance.
- A proactive mindset - you’re not afraid to ask questions and take initiative.
- A fast learner with strong attention to detail, you take pride in clean data, clear reporting, and seeing tasks through.
- A doer. You’re energized by a varied to-do list and love checking things off it.
- Confident handling data and learning new systems (HubSpot, Monday.com, DAM tools etc.).
- Experience working in a high-performing team environment such as sports, military, sales or a similarly high performing, disciplined and collaborative setting.
- A passion for pop culture, streamable television, and film.
