About the job
The Role
As a Production Relationship Manager at EightPM, you’ll lead the charge in turning brand strategy into impactful on-screen moments. This is not a passive or reactive role. You’ll be at the center of some of the most-watched content in the world.
You’ll manage complex relationships with production partners globally, negotiate high-value integrations, and take full ownership of the execution and fulfillment of your work. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, logistical discipline, and interpersonal skill. It’s for someone who loves production, operates with a sense of urgency, and is energized by solving problems in real-time. You’ll need to thrive under pressure and hold yourself, and the team around you, to an exceptional standard.
If you want a predictable routine in a role where the answer is always right in front of you, this won’t be a fit. But if you’re hungry to do standout work with the world’s best brands and world-class productions, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, pitch, and negotiate high-value brand integration opportunities with productions worldwide.
- Build, manage, and deepen long-term relationships with key partners across the global production industry.

- Own end-to-end logistics for client products, ensuring timely, accurate, and secure delivery to sets around the world.
- Ensure data quality across our CRM and internal systems.
- Turn integration reports into practical and high impact insights that can be used to engage a variety of stakeholder audiences and improve the quality of our work.
- Represent EightPM at industry events and meetings to grow our network and discover new partnership opportunities (as needed).
- Adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced team. We move quickly, wear multiple hats, and as you grow to learning the business, we will expect initiative over instruction.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years in brand integration, product placement, or senior-level client/production management within media, advertising, or entertainment. Strong candidates may also bring experience from PR, particularly in pitching or managing high-value media relationships.
- Proven track record of successfully managing high value negotiations and building long-term partnerships.
- Reliable transportation & residency in the greater Los Angeles area, specifically Hollywood, for commuting to the office and local sets.
- Strong project leadership: able to manage multiple high-stakes productions simultaneously, aligning brand, production, and internal teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communicator and influencer, with excellent interpersonal, written, and visual presentation skills.
- A fast-thinking problem solver who loves to encounter challenges.
- Comfortable lifting and transporting client products (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Slack, Zoom, and visual tools like Canva or Photoshop.
