As Manager, Entertainment Partnerships, you will lead the development, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships between our brand clients and production partners. This is a highly collaborative and outward-facing role that sits at the intersection of brand marketing, entertainment production, and strategic partnerships.
To complement EightPM’s earned integration strategy (Frequency, Reach, Authenticity, Protection), the Partnerships pillar should be underpinned by these strategic principles:
1. Amplification
Leverage brands’ own channels, products, and customer base to amplify the reach of content placements. The goal is to extend the audience beyond passive viewers to active brand followers.
2. Co-Creation
Develop unique co-branded content, products, or experiences that deliver additional storytelling moments. This deepens audience engagement and enhances the authenticity of the placement.
3. Shared Promotion
Design mutually beneficial campaigns where both the brand and the production partner have clear incentives to promote the project across paid, owned, and earned media.
4. Audience Value Exchange
Ensure that partnerships deliver real value to audiences whether through exclusive content, experiences, or products, which in turn increases goodwill for both the brand and the show.
